a) Do you enjoy being around children?
b) Do you have an interest in China?
c) Are you a native English speaker?
d) Do you have a passport or can you obtain one?
e) Are you willing to commit to a one-year contract or two-year contract?

In order to apply you must answer Yes to all the above questions and must also hold a Bachelors Degree, although your degree does not need to be in English. You need to either hold or be able to furnish a US or Canadian passport prior to your intended departure and must be a citizen of one of the two countries.

Because you will be teaching English it is imperative that you are able to communicate the most proper and clear English to the students you are teaching and as a result, you must speak English as your first language.
